Case size is 24.6mm, with a lug to lug width of 29.2mm and thickness of 4.4mm. Lug width is 18mm. 
 
What’s Included
This Vacheron Contantine comes with a Hirsch leather strap, fitting a 7 inch wrist. I don't believe the buckle to be original Vacheron, it is a similar style/generic one. 
 
No box and papers.
